Vitamins and herbs in addition to proper diet have played a huge part in my success to having a somewhat functional life.
The key to allowing them to work is always remembering they are "enhancements" to your good diet. They are not a replacement when you just feel like eating junk food!
Below is a small list of some of vitamins and herbs which may prove to be beneficial when you suffer from CEBV. In my book "Dreams to Dust" you will find an extensive list with descriptions.
Since writing the book, I have added, adjusted, and removed some of what I used to take at the time of writing the book. At times, my body seems to become a "immune" to the enhancements, so I will go off them for a while, then possibly return to them at a later date.
Regardless of whether you are new to taking vitamins and/or herbs, or just wanting to change what you are taking currently - always check with a health care professional before adding to or changing your vitamin/herbal scheduel.
By no means should you start taking any or all of these things that are listed. I do not take all of these myself. Again, these are merely things I have found through the studying of their descriptions that may be beneficial to someone who has CEBV.
